Bank guarantee for investment outside the EU

For one of the banks we negotiated an agreement with the beneficiary and the principal concerning a bank guarantee in connection with an investment outside the EU – a matter worth several million euros.

We advised on choice of law, jurisdiction, international aspects of settlement and on mechanisms securing the bank’s claims.
