Distribution agreements with Asian partners – several million EUR

For a client engaged in production and distribution of food products we negotiated and prepared a series of distribution agreements with partners in Asia totalling several million euros.

The project required legal coordination with local advisors across several jurisdictions and structuring commercial terms to protect the exporter’s interests.
